By Dana Cain

An interview is two-sided. Obviously, the organization is using the interview process to evaluate you and your credentials to determine if you are a solid fit for the company's needs. But know that the interview is also very important for the jobseeker because you will be able to evaluate how well the company and the position would match what you are looking for. You should think of some good questions to ask before the interview so you can get the right information.

You can ask questions from what you've gathered upon initial research of the company. If you can, tailor your questions to the position and the company. Here are some questions that would give you some ideas.
