The movement sensor is excellent, so great that I am thankful for the auto off/light sensor feature to prevent pointless battery drainage during the day when the mail provider or neighbors' cats show up. I live in the 'sticks' of the Northwest. So it illuminates the front garage region when needed. If these aren't a problem for you, it really works okay. We love how accurate this light is as far as motion. Offers outstanding light for around twenty five square feet with dimmer lighting for about one hundred square feet.
And best of all not a solitary individual complained about the brand new lights during the holidays with the exception that many of my family members and visitors did ask me something. I will purchase a few more for the other dark areas outdoors.
I have two more to set up but I'm certain wherever I put them, they will do the job. It appears its only about one minute each time. Hardwiring was not an option.
I extremely reccommend this porch light. I made a decision I wanted another. It truly is a very easy to install and required five minutes. I am able to see my keys now with no problems. This mini motion sensor light is actually fantastic! They're handy both, outside and inside the house.

Use Velcro if you want to hold up this motion sensor outdoor lighting. I am glad I received my refund.

These cheap solar motion detector lights from China have disappointed me often before, so beware. I did not want to rewire my closet but needed some light inside. Overall, I love using this product a great deal. Sure it's only a movement detector and goes on in daylight, however for $7 I do not expect a lot more. I've got a couple of nit-picks, though.
I liked the fact that when it is set to "auto", it turns itself off after thirty seconds. I would purchase a different one and build just a little "roof" for it. These lighting is great for dark closets.
