Supplying your body with the right vitamins, minerals, proteins and healthy fats is very important when you are involved in strenuous activity. Beverages like soda or sweetened energy drinks are quite inferior to a simple glass of water. Many who find themselves lacking energy are often not hydrated enough. So pay close attention to your diet and drink plenty of water.

Each session wont bring visible results so be patient and over time you will get better. Equally balanced workouts are vital so be sure to focus on strength and speed as well as your vertical leap.
