Portugal has been a popular destination with holidaymakers for years and those hoping to let an investment property can achieve a good income from their investment throughout the majority of the year. If you are aiming to let your property investment, find an area that is a good proximity from an airport that has good transportation links. Look for a property with attractive tourist attractions nearby, to attract as broad a range of guests as you can.

Algarve properties however generally command a significantly higher price than other areas further afield which should not be ruled out.
